Zen Room Project – Alderley Edge, Cheshire

Hart Bespoke Furniture Ltd designed and created a bespoke “Zen Room” in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Providing a peaceful snug space where the client could retreat and unwind. The project focused on simplicity, balance, and natural materials to create a calming environment away from the main living areas.

Project Highlights

• Compact Media Wall – A bespoke media wall was designed to house a Frame TV, keeping the space visually clean while allowing for relaxed viewing without dominating the room.
• Integrated Desk & Side Table – A small, carefully proportioned desk and matching side table were incorporated. As a result they provide flexible use for reading, writing, or quiet work.
• Solid Walnut Worktops – All tops were crafted from solid walnut, adding warmth, depth, and a tactile natural element.
• Spray-Finished Cabinetry – The cabinetry was finished in a smooth spray finish, creating a soft, refined backdrop that also complements the richness of the walnut.

Design & Functionality

Every element of the room was designed to promote calm and clarity. This was done with clean lines, minimal detailing, and as well as a balanced layout. The combination of natural walnut and understated finishes creates a serene, welcoming space that encourages relaxation and focus.
